What we call a double sole is actually built with three layers of leather—an additional leather layer is placed between the moccasin and the hand-stitched Bull Hide outsole for enhanced cushioning, durability, and all-day comfort. Excellent Moccasins
Before my purchase I called to ask about sizing and I'm glad I did. Gayanne suggested I email them the measurements of my feet to confirm my fit. I ordered based on their recommendation and they fit perfectly. With the deerskin lining they feel like a comfortable glove, but on my feet. I have been wearing a pair from a famous Maine company for some years, but found they are made outside of the USA. With any discretionary spending I buy American anytime I can. Going with Town View Leather was a great decision!

Bought a second pair after having the first for 13 years
Can't complement highly enough the comfort and construction of these moccasins. The deer skin eventually wore out, but my first pair is 13 years old and still have several years in them, probably. They survived a dog chewing as well. Highly recommend. Will keep a pair around for perpetuity!

Extreme comfort
These moccasins formed to my feet in one to two days. It's the closest thing to going barefoot. They are more comfortable and better made than I expect.

Amazing comfortable moccasins !
I I am just replacing a pair of my double sole leather moccasins from Town View Leather after eight years. I wore the current pair almost every day inside the house and even outside quite often. They are indestructible and extremely comfortable. It's not often you can get a hand crafted product that is so attractive and wears like iron.

Top Notch in every respect
Having decided I wanted a pair of moccasins, the search led me to a company in Wisconsin that makes a pair costing over twice these. Undaunted I tried to place an order, but the company would not vouch for their sizing, would only make to order with a 2 month plus lead time, and wouldn't answer their phone. These guys have moccasins that will last a lifetime, in standard sizes, in stock. No B.S!
