Returns Policy

We want you to love your Town View Leather moccasins.

If your moccasins aren’t quite the right fit, you may return them in unworn condition within 30 days of delivery for either:

    • a size exchange, or
    • a refund

For your first size exchange, we’ll ship your replacement pair back to you at no additional shipping cost.

Refunds are typically processed within two weeks from the date you ship your return, although many are completed sooner. This timeframe may include:

    • Transit time for us to receive your return (approximately 5–10 business days)
    • Return processing once received (approximately 3–5 business days)
    • Processing time by your financial institution (approximately 5–10 business days)

How to Start a Return

If you created an account:

    1. Log into your account
    2. Open Completed Orders under My Account
    3. Select your order and click Return Item(s)

If you checked out as a guest:
Please contact us to begin your return request and include your order number, name, and whether you’d like an exchange or refund. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Once your return has been received and processed, we’ll notify you by email.


Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and include tracking and delivery confirmation.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number by email so you can follow its progress directly through USPS.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. To help ensure successful delivery, please confirm your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

While USPS Priority Mail is a reliable service, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Town View Leather cannot be responsible for delays, loss, or theft that occur once a package has been accepted by USPS.
