Resole Request

How it works:

• Fill out the form below, providing as much detail as possible. This first step helps us determine whether your moccasins appear to be a good candidate for inspection.

• If your moccasins qualify for the next step, we’ll reply with shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping their moccasins to us for evaluation.

• Once received, we’ll carefully inspect them to determine whether they can be resoled. (Not every pair can be resoled depending on wear and condition).

• If your moccasins are approved for resoling, we’ll reach out with next steps and send an invoice for payment. After your pair has been carefully refreshed in our workshop, we’ll ship them back home to you via USPS Priority Mail at no additional shipping cost.

• If we determine that resoling isn’t possible, we’ll carefully return your moccasins to you via USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost to you.
