What we call a double sole is actually built with three layers of leather—an additional leather layer is placed between the moccasin and the hand-stitched Bull Hide outsole for enhanced cushioning, durability, and all-day comfort. Wear them all the time
I bought a pair for everyone in the house and my son wears them everywhere except PE class. We often get comments asking where we got them when we go out in public with them. My husband is the only one who will only wear them in the house, but the rest of us find them comfortable and practical for everyday use (although my daughters toes have turned a little orange from not wearing socks with hers). I often wear white cotton ankle socks and delightfully, none have been stained from the tanning process. Excellent product!

Most Wonderful Moccasins - ART meets Moccasin
Normally I am a Driving Shoe wearer however I have always wanted a high quality pair of nice Moccasins for wearing around the house. We have wood floors and stairs so I like a little grip vs running around the house in stocking feet - which is slippery and dangerous - I have flew down the stairs more than one occasion. These Moccasins are truly beautiful wonderfully made in the USA. So nice and well built - I am still nervous about walking on anything but nice clean floors so I don't mark them up with anything. True to size a perfect fit !! Thanks.

Totally Awesome Moccasins
I received my new Town View moccasins in the mail today and I just have to say I'm completely blown away by them! The fit and finish are truly amazing and I love the way they look and feel on my feet -- the honey color is really beautiful and the deerskin linings are incredibly soft and supple. I've worn soft sole moccasins almost daily since I was a little kid both as house slippers and as casual shoes, so I've had tons of them over the years in many styles and brands, but rarely have I had a pair this well-made and ultra-satisfying. Although these mocs felt extremely soft and comfortable right from the get-go, I could immediately tell from their sturdy construction that they're going to wear like iron. I'm quite sure I'll be enjoying these comfy dudes for a very, very long time! Thanks, Town View, for making such totally awesome moccasins and offering them at such reasonable prices. You can bet I'll be back for more!
