What we call a double sole is actually built with three layers of leather—an additional leather layer is placed between the moccasin and the hand-stitched Bull Hide outsole for enhanced cushioning, durability, and all-day comfort. The rugged Bull Hide double sole provides long-lasting wear while maintaining the flexible feel that makes moccasins so distinctive.

American Craftsmanship
These Maine-made moccasins meet all my expectations for comfort, quality and longevity. They are crafted from supple and lasting leather, mold to your feet and are long lasting (especially if you only use them indoors). I own 3 pair and just purchased a deer lining version which is very soft and comfortable. Galen and Gayenne run a great operation and have established a very high bar among all Maine-based small footwear makers.

Great quality and comfort
I was tired of replacing foam moccasin slippers that would wear out every year or so and found these online. I can already tell they'll last me a long time, the leather is thick but pliable and the construction is very solid. After a few days breaking them in they're just as comfortable too. Definitely recommend.

Molds to fit:comfort, ease
A true old-fashioned Maine moc: strong, flexible, comfortable,superb leather. I've had two, the first I wore outside on sometimes rough ground, and it lasted about 8 years. I have another pair that I only wear indoors, or on the grass, and I think they will outlast me.

Fantastic, I love them
I wear these all the time in the house. They're comfortable but they breathe, they never smell, they're warm (I mean within reason, I keep my house in the 60s). I no longer wander around in socks. Just great!

Moccasins arrived quick,3 days to Texas. Opened the box and was impressed. True quality and craftsmanship. Fit true to size.The deerskin lined is so soft. Formed to feet within a day.Only problem was the sad face from wife, so will be ordering her a pair!

Earthing
I don't usually respond to requests to review products but I am making an exception for Townview. I have been buying their moccasins for years and am always happy with them. I am into Earthing and moccasins are the best for that.
