What we call a double sole is actually built with three layers of leather—an additional leather layer is placed between the moccasin and the hand-stitched Bull Hide outsole for enhanced cushioning, durability, and all-day comfort. The rugged Bull Hide double sole provides long-lasting wear while maintaining the flexible feel that makes moccasins so distinctive.

Great product, great service
Second time ordering the lined double sole moc. Asked for non-standard sizing, and was graciously accommodated. These are beautifully hand-crafted and the most comfortable ever. It's rare these days to find a place like Town View, quality work, reasonably priced, no fuss, excellent service.

I got these recently and they’re everything I’d hoped for and more. The leather is top quality and the fit is as advertised. As others have said the shipping was very quick, I ordered these and had them on my feet within a couple days. I was looking for something to wear around the house and to take my dogs out in the woods behind my house, these are perfect! I’ve worn them every day since I got them.

Worth the cost
My first pair has lasted three years of hard use, including walking in the yard when I decided to get another pair. They will continue to be used for walking in the yard while the new ones will be indoors only. The new ones are even more comfortable than the old ones.

Longest Lasting Moccasins On The Market
For years I wore moccasins from LLB and every Christmas would have to ask Santa for a new pair. Got a pair of these and after five years gat a new pair because I got tired of the color. My old ones are still doing duty in our travel trailer.

good looking and comfortable
This is the third pair of moccasins I have purchased from Town View. They are comfortable, like walking barefoot. I frequently receive compliments on how attractive they are. I wore my last pair almost every day for several years, and just recently wore a small hole in an outer sole, so they are very sturdy. Because I wear them without socks, I order a half size smaller than normal.

Free Electrons.
These moccasins are the best. I have sent them back to get a smaller pair. My usual size is 9 1/2, but 9 will fit better. I expect to be getting plenty of free electrons from Mother Earth.
