FREE SHIPPING...Our Double Sole Ole' Maine Comfort Classic Moccasin is genuine handsewn around the toe and heel (not whipped or laced) using soft textured Top Grain Cowhide. A thicker, more durable Bull Hide leather is used for the double sole. The rich Dark Brown color is a great choice.
The Deerskin lining is an added touch of softness next to your foot.
Our double sole moccasins are really "triple" soles because we put an extra layer of leather between the moccasin and the stitched on double sole for added comfort. Combining that with great classic looks and craftsmanship it creates a long time friend. There is nothing quite as special as handsewn moccasins.
When choosing a size for your new moccasins, keep in mind our moccasins run pretty true to the size of your dress shoe or everyday street shoe size...not a sneaker, athletic shoe or work boot.
Our moccasins are earthing or grounding friendly. Made in the USA.

I love my Hand-Sewn Moccasins

I ordered these Moccasins in order to better connect with the earth and to give my feet the comfort of real, high-quality leather. I did not know that I would fall in love with my deerskin lined, hand-sewn, double leather soled mocs. When you slip your feet into these deer-skin lined moccasins it feels like they have instantly become a part of your own anatomy. Super Slippers

Saw the slippers on YouTube and being a shoe, boot smd sneaker nut thought I would try them and so glad I did.... Beautifully made using really nice, soft and oiled leather, including a heavy bull hide sole... As for sizing I wear a 10.5 and occasionally an 11 in sneakers and opted for 10.5 and they fit great... Initially they were just a tad loose in the heel but all I had to do is tighten up the lacing and I was good to go... The sizing also depends on if you wear socks or not and in winter I usually wear medium eight wool socks... Purchased them soley for indoor use as slippers, so didn't want them too tight, just slip on...I'm an old timer now so they should last me....Excellent hand made slippers and I ould recommend highly!

I have a pair that I bought about 15 years ago in a little store in Lincolnville, Maine. My son recently asked for a pair and it took me a while to track these down, but I did and he is thoroughly happy with his new slippers. Mine are still going strong!

Incomparable product, in every way the best

I only own two pairs of Town View Moccasins -- one is 22 years old and the other is 10 years old. Both are as good as the first day I put them on -- the leather is super durable. I occasionally step out the front door, but I try to avoid outdoor surfaces as far as possible.
But even despite the odd indiscretion, the soles have this perfect, burnished shine that has become almost as good as a regular shoe sole. The leather stretches a little over time, but the fit remains exzceptional.
I promise to buy more of these as gifts -- there's simply no other maker whose craftsmanship comes close.

My 2nd pair in 3 years. I wear them everyday inside the house only. This pair is the deerskin lined. Perfect fit and top notch quality. A real treat to find anything still this well made. I would not buy any other brand at any price.
